The Mercedes-Benz Accelo is designed for converting light trucks into mobile units. The lineup includes two models: the Accelo 815 and Accelo 1016, with Technical Gross Weight (PBT) ratings of 8.3 and 9.6 metric tons, respectively, which allow for the installation of bodies up to 6.6 meters in length. It also offers versions with a Technical Gross Weight (PBT) of up to 13 metric tons after the installation of a third axle from aftermarket manufacturers, capable of accommodating bodies up to 8 meters long.
