Mobile office expands real estate business

The Mobile Office Unit converted by Eco X for Guedes Imóveis features the same layout as a traditional real estate office. The adapted Renault van features a 15 mm thick marine plywood floor covered with non-slip rubber sheeting, push-button switches, outlets, LED lighting, a 30 m extension cord, speakers integrated into the ambient sound system, subdivided service desks (counters) with folding tops, 15 mm thick plywood furniture with Formica finish, cabinet, leather-upholstered executive seats with swivel mechanism, sliding glass windows, side awning, printer, mini-fridge, DVD player, TV, WiFi, etc.

Services– The São Paulo-based company’s Mobile Office offers a variety of banking services and real estate credit assessments. These include consortiums, payroll loans, home loans, opening checking and savings accounts, and sales of new and used properties.

Guedes Imóveis’ Mobile Unit provides daily service at a busy location in the northern part of São Paulo, staffed by a real estate agent and two assistants, and travels to other locations as needed—for example, to close deals or participate in industry events. Of particular note is the power generation system designed by Eco X for the client, which allows all electrical equipment to operate for up to five hours without interruption.
