The Mobile Office Unit converted by Eco X for Guedes Imóveis has the same layout as a traditional real estate office. The adapted Renault van features a 15 mm thick marine-grade plywood floor covered with a non-slip rubber mat, push-button switches, electrical outlets, LED lighting, a 30-meter extension cord, speakers integrated into the ambient sound system, partitioned service counters (service windows) with fold-down tops, 15 mm thick plywood furniture with Formica finish, a cabinet, leather-upholstered executive swivel chairs, sliding glass windows, a side awning, a printer, a mini-fridge, a DVD player, a TV, Wi-Fi, etc.

Customer Service– The São Paulo-based company’s Mobile Office offers a variety of banking and real estate credit assessment services. These include consortiums, payroll loans, home loans, opening checking and savings accounts, and the sale of new and used properties.

Guedes Imóveis’ Mobile Unit provides daily service at a busy location in the northern part of São Paulo, staffed by a real estate agent and two assistants, and travels to other locations as needed—for example, to close deals and participate in industry events. Of particular note is the power generation system developed by Eco X for the client, which allows all electrical equipment to operate for up to five hours without interruption.
